Registrations are not refundable or transferable. If find you are unable to attend, at a later date, we will mail you the welcome bag and any special items after the NCIS Fan Fest.
Information will be posted later what times you can pick up your welcome bag and badge at the the NCIS Fan Fest. Your badge must be worn at all times and clearly visable.
