The Beverly Garland Holiday Inn Universal Studios is the new home for the NCIS Fan Fest. The Hotel is surrounded by garden setting over seven acres. We are in the middle of it all! Why not add a few days to your vacation request to enjoy all the nearby sites. Tickets are available for purchase in the Gift Shop for Universal Studios and various tours of local attractions. The Hotel's shuttle will take you to Universal Studios, Universal Studios City Walk and the Universal City Red Line Metro Station. The Beverly Garland is only one Metro stop from Hollywood & Highland (and the sites on Hollywood Blvd.) and the Walk Of Fame. There is so much more the Beverly Garland offers!

Tula's California Cafe and Barista

No need to search for the nearest Starbuck's to get your coffee fix! The Barista inside Tula's California Cafe is just what you are looking for. Bring your laptop and enjoy the patio or lounge poolside, while enjoying your favorite Seattle's Best Coffee. Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel.

Tula's California Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Menu is filled with wonderful choices. A NCIS Fan Fest favorite is the chocolate cake, make sure you try a slice! The Barista and Tula's California Cafe are open 6 am to 10 pm daily.

Decoy Lounge

Need to unwind after a day of enjoying the sites? The Decoy Lounge is filled with comfortable chairs, as well as an outside patio. Televisions throughout play current music videos. The Decoy Lounge hours are Sunday - Thursday 5 pm - 12 am, Friday - Saturday 5 pm - 1 am, Happy Hour Monday - Friday 5 pm-7 pm.

All guest room rates are subject to the applicable occupancy tax, currently at 14% and tourism tax $0.15 per night.

Reservations

You must use the Group Code: NC3 when making your reservation to secure the NCIS Fan Fest rate. When making your reservation please be sure to include the names of all NCIS Fan Fest attendees that will be in your room. We have a special "check-in" gift available only to those staying at the Hotel. If you make your reservation through a travel agent, please send us an email at registrations@ncisfanfest.com with your arrival and departure dates and the names of all NCIS Fan Fest attendees in your room to ensure your reservation receives the "check-in" gift. Reservations may be made by calling the toll free reservation number 1-800-BEVERLY (1-800-238-3759) or by using the Beverly Garland's Holiday Inn online reservation system Click here.

Check-in time: 3:00 pm; while every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, rooms may not be available.

Check-out time: 12:00 noon; requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Office Manager the morning of departure. Should it be possible to extend a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applied.

Cut-off date: Last date reservations will be accepted is: September 4, 2010 unless our room block is totally reserved prior to this date. Reservations requested after this date or if our room block is totally reserved prior to September 4, 2010 will be accepted on a space available basis at the current Beverly Garland rate not at the NCIS Fan Fest rate. Make your reservations now, your credit card will not be charged until you arrive in September. If you are unable to attend the NCIS Fan Fest you must cancel your reservation at least three days prior to your check in date.

Anyone who wishes to arrive early or extend their stay, The Beverly Garland Holiday Inn Universal Studios will honor the NCIS Fan Fest rates 3 days prior to the NCIS Fan Fest and 3 days after, based upon availability.
