NCIS Fan Fest 2010 Registration

Registrations will ONLY be accepted by postal mail. If you have any questions, please contact us at registrations@ncisfanfest.com Registrations are not refundable or transferable. If find you are unable to attend, at a later date, we will mail you the welcome bag and any special items after the NCIS Fan Fest or we will release your welcome bag to someone attending the NCIS Fan Fest that you authorize to pick up your welcome bag in writing. Mail your registration during the Early Bird period and you will receive a special gift at the NCIS Fan Fest.

Join us at the Costume Party at the Thursday evening event this year. Come dressed as your favorite NCIS or NCIS: Los Angeles character. A special gift will be give only to those taking part in the Costume Party. No real or play weapons or sharp objects (guns, knives, scalpels, syringes, etc) should be used as part of your costume.

Don't want to dress as your favorite character, yet have some fun? Wear the wildest Hawaiian shirt you can find! Taking part in the wildest Hawaiian shirt contest does not qualify you for the costume gift, just an added bit of fun.

Have you attended a NCIS Fan Fest prior to 2010 and have a friend that has never registered for a NCIS Fan Fest? This is the year for them to attend! Register a Probie for the NCIS Fan Fest and you will receive a special item at the NCIS Fan Fest. This item will only be available to those who register a Probie and both you and your Probie must attend the NCIS Fan Fest 2010. To register a Probie you can include the Probie's registration with your registration and note the person is a Probie. If after you register you find you have a Probie that wishes to register, send an email to registrations@ncisfanfest.com with the name of the Probie. We will verify all Probies have never registered for an NCIS Fan Fest.

Registration and the badge provided are required to attend all NCIS Fan Fest activities. Badge must be worn and clearly visible at all times. Name on registration must match a valid drivers license or state/country ID. Details will be posted later on our website when you may pick up your badge and welcome bag at the NCIS Fan Fest.

Mailing Instructions For Registrations

United States citizens may send a personal check, cashier's check or money order. Internationally citizens please send an international money order or travelers checks payable in USD.

January - April 30	$80	Early Bird Registration
May 1- June 30	$95
July 1- August 23	$105

Name(s) of person attending

Preferred badge name(s) of person attending.

Name of favorite character if dressing for the Costume Party for each person attending.

Your home postal address and your email address.

We will be sending confirmations by email, Registration must be postmarked by April 30, 2010 for the Early Bird rate of $80.00, by June 30th, 2010 for the $95.00 rate and August 23, 2009 for the $105.00 rate. We reserve the right to close registrations early.

We reserve the right to refuse a registration.
