FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSTRAVEL QUESTIONSQ. I'm flying into LAX. Is there a convenient way to get to the hotel? A. There is a shuttle service (FlyAway-Union
Station) that makes continuous runs between LAX and their Union Station
terminal. At the Union Station terminal you take the Metro to
Universal City Station. The hotel will send a van to the Universal City

http://www.beverlygarland.com/map.asp Q. How convenient is car rental? A. Car rentals are available nearby from Enterprise (818-762-0225). Enterprise will pick you up at the Hotel to receive your car and also take you back to the Hotel when you return the car. However, between the Hotel’s shuttle and the nearby Metro stop, most local attractions are easily, and inexpensively, accessible. HOTEL QUESTIONSQ. Are restaurants convenient to the hotel? A. Tula’s California Café, The Coffee Room and Splash are located on-site for your dining and beverage enjoyment. Many chain and local restaurants are within shuttle/metro accessibility. The Hotel's shuttle drops off and picks up at Universal City Walk every hour. Q. Is breakfast provided with my room fee? A. No, breakfast is not included in your room fee. Every morning the Beverly Garland offers a breakfast buffet to all guests at a charge of $11.95, in addition to other breakfast items on their menu. Q. Does the hotel have a web page? A. Yes. http://www.beverlygarland.com Q. Is the hotel handicap friendly? A. Yes. They have specially adapted rooms, many rooms on first floor, ramps, etc. Please inform the hotel of any special needs when you make your reservation. Q. Can the NCIS Fan Fest organizers help me find a roommate? A. We can't take responsibility for matchmaking but you can get to know other folks on the fun email list, chat rooms, and message boards. As you become acquainted, you may find opportunities to make private arrangements. EVENT QUESTIONSQ. Do I have to wear the badge provided with my registration? A. Yes, your badge must be worn and clearly visible at all times. Q. Is there a dress code? A. The dress code is casual. Q. Can I be sure I will get to see my favorite actor? A. No. We will not know until the last minute which actors will choose to attend. All of them have been invited, and we hope some will appear. Keep your eye on the main page for any late-breaking news. Q. How can I find out what's going on? A. Sign up for the Official Announcements email list, watch the website for announcement or join the NCIS-CBS Yahoo Groups List. Q. Can I bring my children to the NCIS Fan Fest? A. We do not encourage children. If you choose to bring them, registration is the same as the adult fee. Q. When will the schedule of events be available? A. The events will be subject to change due to late-breaking opportunities. A tentative schedule will be posted in late summer. Q. Can I make a suggestion about programs and activities? A. Certainly. Please contact the Planning Committee at NCISFanFest_PC@ncisfanfest.com OTHER QUESTIONSQ. I can only attend Saturday night. Will I get a reduced fee? A. There are no "Saturday Only" registrations at a reduced fee. However, you may purchase a registration, at full price, and attend whatever events you are able to over the weekend. Q. Do I need to rent a car? A.
