NCISFanFest 2006 Schedule of Events

Thursday, September 21^st

6:00-9:00 pm - Join fellow fans for a Welcome Party in the Lindbergh Room. Registration, welcome bags and badges will be available for pick up.

Friday, September 22^nd

12:00-1:30 pm – Registration, welcome bags and badge pick up in foyer of the Concorde Ballroom.
1:00-3:30 pm – Seminar with local NCIS Special Agents in the Lindbergh Room.
3:45-5:00 pm – Seminar with Craig Harvey, NCIS Technical Consultant, Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office in the Lindbergh Room.
6:00-7:30 pm – Registration, welcome bags and badge pick up in foyer of the Concorde Ballroom.
6:30-11:00 pm – NCISFanFest 2006 officially opens in the Concorde Ballroom.

¨ Fan club/groups booths and raffles

¨ Guest Actors autograph signing

¨ Operation Support Team: Bring your donations for the troops and write a letter.

¨ Silent Auction

Saturday, September 23^rd

10:30am – 5:00 pm Visit to NCIS set. Please remember we are guests at the set. Some sets may be hot (being used for filming), please do not touch or pick up anything on the set. No cameras, cell phones or other video equipment is permitted on the set. Please leave these items in your room at the hotel, as they will be confiscated by Security if you bring them with you.

¨ 10:30 am – Gather in front parking lot of hotel. Please be prompt!

¨ 10:45 am – Board buses for set visit. We will be leaving as soon as the buses are completely loaded.

¨ 4:00 pm – Board buses and return to Airtel Plaza.

· 6:30-11:30 pm – NCISFanFest continues in Concorde Ballroom.

¨ In addition to the activities listed for Friday night, we will hold our Live Charity Auction.

Sunday, September 24^th

12:00-4pm – Relax on the patio or by the pool. Episodes, bloopers and other video goodies from HarrietNCIS will be shown on the patio. Sandwiches will be served. There is to be no recording of any of the videos shown by any type of electronic device.

Please remember your badge is your ticket to ALL events. No one will be admitted in the NCISFanFest event rooms or on the bus without it. Your badge must be worn and be clearly visible.

*Breaks in schedule are considered free time for you to eat, shower, nap or just hang out with other fans.
